Karishma began her investment banking career in 2006 as a financial analyst with Citi's Consumer & Retail Group in New York. She later transitioned to the Financial Institutions Group where she focused on insurance and asset management companies. At Citi Karishma worked on M&A, debt and equity transactions for a variety of clients. Following Citi, Karishma moved to Insight Catastrophe Group where she concentrated on business development efforts and advisory services in the property and casualty insurance space. Karishma joined TTS in 2009. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Karishma holds a degree in Business Economics with a minor in Political Science. She has previously been involved with Teach For India and has taught at the Breakthrough Collaborative in Hong Kong.
