Wanda joins TTS from Credit Suisse where she worked as a Director in the Investment Banking Department. Wanda has an excellent track record for outstanding delivery and implementation of training programs impacting employee development and productivity. Wanda is a proven leader in managing global programs for both the analyst and associate population, managing on-boarding training for all investment banking new hires, continuing education development for analysts, associates and administrative assistants, as well as technology project management. In addition, she's highly effective in identifying technology needs of the business, most notably the development, design, and delivery of the global on-boarding website, managing diverse projects and teams New York and London, and providing business analysis. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 1999, Wanda worked as a technology specialist for Salomon Smith Barney in their Equity Research Department. Wanda received a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University.
