Thej is the Co-founder and COO of Syven Global Services, a business consulting and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm. Primarily working with investment banking clients, Thej is an expert on financial services outsourcing initiatives. During his 11 years of professional experience, Thej has worked with senior bankers on several high profile M&A deals, across industry sectors, to identify and execute financial analysis projects at offshore locations. Thej has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore, India. He received an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Global Business from NYU's Stern School of business, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors and was designated as a Stern Scholar. He is a CFA Level III Candidate.
