Wanda Echavarria Drummond: COO

Wanda joined TTS in 2010 from Credit Suisse, where she was a Director in the Investment Banking Department. At TTS, Wanda is responsible for various project management and operations initiatives. In this capacity, she is responsible for human resources and junior staff management and overseeing the Training & Learning Center. As a relationship manager for several key clients, she works directly with them to advise and develop their training programs and learning initiatives. Wanda has an excellent track record for outstanding delivery and implementation of training programs that contribute to employee development and productivity. As a proven leader in managing global programs for both the analyst and associate populations, Wanda has managed on-boarding training for investment banking new hires; coordinated continuing education development for analysts, associates, and administrative assistants; and managed technology project delivery with diverse projects and teams. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 1999, Wanda worked as a technology specialist for Salomon Smith Barney in their Equity Research Department. Outside of TTS, Wanda is on the Board of Advisors for the Gregorio Luperon School in Washington Heights.

Laverne Bailey: Training Coordinator

Laverne joined TTS Charlotte in 2007. As TTS’s Training Coordinator, she plays an important role in supporting the instructors, the Public Course series, and other company initiatives. She is particularly strong in establishing a rapport with new team members, communicating expectations, and liaising between departments to coordinate team activities. Prior to joining the TTS team, Laverne spent eight years working with the Vanguard Group, a mutual fund company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Training Delivery Coordinator for six of those years, she oversaw the implementation of departmental training for new hires as well as associates.

Al Riddick: Relationship and Business Development

Al joined the Charlotte office of TTS in 2008 to focus on relationship management and business development. Previously, Al served as Vice President of Business Development with a start-up business intelligence consulting group, a role that allowed him to work with clients in a wide variety of businesses. He also worked for HSBC in their wholesale mortgage division from 2004-2007. Prior to that, Al was with the Hendrick Automotive Group, a large privately held automotive company.

Donna L. Dukes: Training Delivery Coordinator

Donna joined the Charlotte, NC, TTS office in 2011 and comes to us with a combination of both corporate and nonprofit experience. In the corporate sector, she held an eight-year tenure with the Vanguard Group. As a Training Delivery Coordinator within Vanguard University, she oversaw companywide training programs that catered to both new hires and existing associates. In the nonprofit sector, Donna was the Training Manager for United Way’s Volunteer Center. In this role, she oversaw a 6-month leadership development program that prepared individuals for the essential aspects of nonprofit board service. She also developed and facilitated various training programs throughout the community.

Kristy Hill: Controller

Kristy joined TTS in the Charlotte, NC, office in 2010 as controller. Kristy commenced her professional career at Cocke, Szpanka & Taylor CPAs, a public accounting firm in Reston, VA, where she worked as a Staff Accountant from 2006 to 2009. There, she served the firm’s individual, retail, and small business clients. While in that capacity, Kristy gained tremendous accounting knowledge and client service skills. After moving to Charlotte, NC, she began working at a professional employer organization as their Income Tax Specialist.

Shauntay Cloud: Accounting

Shauntay joined TTS in 2011 and is based in our Charlotte NC, office. Prior to joining TTS, Shauntay worked at Compass Group NAD in the Canteen Vending Sector from 2007 – 2010 as a business analyst for the firm. In that capacity, Shauntay gained substantial knowledge of the operational side of the business where she analyzed efficiencies and operational metrics and implemented recommendations for enhanced procedures. Before Compass Group NAD, Shauntay worked as a staff accountant at Andy Hudson CPA, a small CPA firm. During this time, she worked on many different types of industries and concentrated on the unique needs of small businesses. As a member of the TTS Operations team, Shauntay focuses on accounting and finance related functions for the firm. She is currently working on obtaining a certificate in Certified Management Accounting.

Kathleen joined the TTS Charlotte office in 2012 as the firm’s Resource Center administrator focusing on various learning management system initiatives for our clients. Kathleen joins TTS from the Information Technology department of Kent School, where she supported users and administered the course management system. Kathleen owned her own software training company and provided training services to high profile clients such as GE, GTE, SC Johnson and the American Red Cross, etc. In this capacity, her company specialized in delivering technology platform training for corporations and non-profits. She also served as adjunct faculty for the Connecticut University system for 10 years. Kathleen started her career in the banking industry, managing branch operations and loan administration, where she developed a skill for turning mainframe financial data into accessible reports for non-financial board members. Kathleen is passionate about community service; she trains and provides technical support to literacy volunteers and non-profit womens’ centers.
