TTS shares in the spirit of the season by helping families in need…
At Training The Street giving back to our community is an essential part of what makes up the fabric of our firm. In December TTS’s team Charlotte geared up for a great day of service along with the Salvation Army Christmas Bureau.
On this special day, we rolled up our sleeves and participated in multiple service projects to help make the holidays a little brighter for needy families in our community. We strongly believe in the importance of giving back and caring for those in need.

Throughout the year Training The Street joins forces with other organizations in order to foster a better society. This Year we joined forces with City Year NY and Urban Assembly School for Green Careers to improve on an outdoor classroom for the students. In just a few hours, TTS volunteers and 25 students from the Urban Assembly School for Green Careers we made the school park area a bit “brighter” and “greener”!
- In the back of the garden, we built tree benches for a new instructional space
- Together we constructed shelving units for the students to store garden supplies and materials in the shed
- We mulched and landscaped paths and planted bulbs around the garden
