Earth Day
As most folks were trekking to work on Earth Day, the TTS team was riding on the 1 local –heading up to Inwood to plant some trees. Right above Washington Heights, at the tip of Manhattan is a great part of the city where sky scrapers have not shadowed the sunlight and where the feeling of a neighborhood completely surrounds you – this is Inwood. On Earth Day, TTS joined forces with City Year, and participated with Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, American Express, Legg Mason, Computer Associates, and Fred Agler Management and together we helped make Inwood a little greener. Providing a day of service to make our great city better is in no way business as usual. Earth day was our time to give back to NYC and make it just a little greener for all of us.
