Get to know Josh

Josh joined TTS in 2005 and has been teaching ever since. Josh, who has successfully passed level II of the CFA, has a diverse background within the banking and investing communities, having worked in investment banking, debt capital markets, and equity research for nearly a decade.

In addition to teaching at many of our investment banking clients, Josh takes a leadership role with TTS’s investment research clients. Josh teaches at a wide variety of research client on both the “buy side” and the “sell side”.  On the buy side, he works with large asset managers including multi-strategy asset managers that invest in debt, equity, and real estate. These clients range from traditional institutional, long-only public equity investors, to debt-focused fixed income and convertible investors, as well as private equity. His private equity clients focus on both traditional go-private LBOs to those more focused on emerging or growth equity.

Josh began his professional career in Chase Securities healthcare investment banking group in New York where he focused on managed care and hospital companies. Later, Josh worked in J.P. Morgan’s London office in debt capital markets before spending several years in equity research in London where he covered the European pharmaceuticals sector.
