Team

Lucy joined AMT Training in July 2017 as Materials Manager in our London office, overseeing our materials and online learning teams. Since then she has lead the team through various changes, overseeing AMT’s move from a Moodle LMS to Totara. In Jan 2021, Lucy was promoted to Operations Manager at AMT, and now oversees AMT Training’s operational activities, including marketing, business operations, course administration and our Learning Management System, DELTA with the commissioning of AMT’s new app.

Before AMT, Lucy worked primarily within the Learning and Development industry, specifically working with central and local government. She has a degree in Politics and International Relations.
