Maithili started her investment banking career in 2005 at HSBC Investment Bank in India as a member of the core team focused on originating and executing M&A deals, advising on transactions with a total value of US $5.0 billion. She then relocated to London with Credit Suisse where she worked within the European Energy Group as an industry banker covering oil, gas, chemicals and mining and was focused on executing M&A mandates. Following Credit Suisse, Maithili worked at a couple of corporate finance and advisory boutiques in London where she advised clients on strategic matters. She then went on to pursue some independent consulting work and also tried an entrepreneurial venture in the health foods space. Subsequently, she resumed her corporate career by transitioning into Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets COO management team where she acted as the trusted adviser to Investment Banking Heads & EMEA COO and helped them to articulate and drive business strategy. Maithili joined TTS in 2020.
