Darren joined TTS in 2010 with over a decade of international investment banking experience covering a wide range of industries and geographies. Most recently he was a partner at Principal Partners, a Brazilian investment banking advisory and asset management firm based in São Paulo, Brazil where he led the execution of debt, equity-hybrid and M&A transactions. Prior to Brazil, he worked as an investment banker at leading bulge bracket investment banks including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns in New York and London. Darren is an experienced trainer who developed, implemented and led financial modeling and valuation training initiatives at Bear Stearns and Bank of America in the US, Europe, India and Brazil. He also serves on the board of directors of Creative Conservation, a 501 C-3 non-government organization engaged in environmental education initiatives which he co-founded in 2001.
