Paul is an entrepreneur specializing in Finance Education. Paul has built and successfully run several start-ups in the Education, Consumer Products and Technology industries, during which time he has taught thousands of students both independently and at firms and universities worldwide.  Paul began his investment banking career with Morgan Stanley´s Power and Utilities Group in New York, where he worked on Debt, Equity, and M&A transactions.  He later joined the M&A Group at the firm.  After Morgan Stanley, Paul worked at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1 billion private equity firm affiliated with buyout giant Thomas H. Lee Partners.
