First, Go to System Preferences, Keyboard Settings

Select Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys


Next, go to “Mission Control” under the “Shortcuts” tab and disable or reassign Ctrl+Arrows, Ctrl+1 and F12

Right click on the gray/black diamond in the Windows Taskbar, go to Boot Camp Control Panel
