Michael began his career with Jefferies’ Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York, where he worked on sell-side M&A engagements across a variety of industries including business services and technology-enabled services. He then joined Equality Asset Management in Boston, where he was responsible for investment origination and diligence in the B2B software ecosystem.
