Karan joined Bank of America Merryll Lynch (BofAML) in 2008, as an equity research analyst. He worked on equity research reports on US listed securities, supported by comprehensive financial models.

In 2010, Karan joined Ernst & Young (EY), focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the Indian market. He participated in several deals and origination projects covering Renewables, Infrastructure, and Consumer products sectors.

In 2020, Karan Joined BEEAH Group as Director, Corporate Finance and Planning and is currently helping the firm expand organically and inorganically in the GCC. Karan is a key member of firm’s investment committee and is responsible for analysis, review and reporting of all major investments undertaken by the Group.

Karan graduated from Delhi University in 2007 with a degree in Commerce and earned the CFA charter in 2015.
