Andrew is an experienced Training and Development Consultant and Coach, with a background in Financial Services. He is equally competent facilitating and presenting to a large group or in a one-to-one coaching session. After a successful early career in sales and management, Andrew turned his attention to training and developing others.

He is a professionally qualified trainer (CITD from the CIPD), who is certified in psychometric tools (MBTI, DISC, SDI, Hogan and Emotional Intelligence), as well as having a background in Financial Services (AFPC, FPC, CeMAP and ACIB). His experience includes investment banking, retail financial services, mortgages and retail banking. He has delivered programmes in the UK, US, Europe, Emerging Markets, Australia and the Far East.

Andrew has been involved in Learning and Development since 1992 and specialises in soft skills and behavioural training. He has designed and delivered programmes across Leadership, Management, Personal Development, Collaboration, Presenting with Presence & Impact, Building Customer Relationships, Selling and Sales Management. He is equally proficient whether he is working with Managing Directors or new entrants.

Andrew is a knowledgeable and inspirational trainer who creates a challenging and fun environment in the physical or virtual training room, with the emphasis on learning that has an impact in the workplace.
