Andrew joined Training The Street in 2025 with a decade of experience across investment banking, private credit, and private equity.

Previously, he was a Vice President at Onex Corporation, where he originated, executed, and managed private credit and structured equity investments in middle-market companies. During his time at Onex, Andrew served as a board member or observer for companies including BEL USA, Heatonist, and others.

Prior to Onex, he was an investment professional at Golub Capital, where he focused on underwriting and executing sponsor-backed middle-market credit investments. He began his career in investment banking at MUFG Americas and CIT Group.

Andrew has an engaging and practical teaching style focused on first-principles reasoning and real-world application. He helps students connect technical skills to how decisions are made, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and sound judgment.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University.
