The instructor brought the material to life with real deal examples and a great sense of humor, making even the denser modeling sessions very engaging. The course is well-structured as it builds from three-statement modeling through valuation, M&A, and LBOs over just five days. The materials are intuitive enough to follow along without getting lost in the mechanics. Facilities were clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their technical finance skills.

Michael was fantastic. The delivery and pace of the course was very well executed and engaging throughout. He did an awesome job laying the groundwork of the fundamentals and conceptual knowledge before jumping into practical exercises. It was also great to tie in current events related to the course material we were covering. Coming from a background that is not rooted in finance, I came away learning much more than I thought I could in just one week.

Ed covered Corporate Valuation techniques in great detail. He was able to leverage various real-life examples to remove the perceived complexities and deliver a well-paced experience. I would highly recommend for those with limited experience or for those looking to refine their skills.
