Jordan joined Training The Street in 2024. He began his investment banking career at Duff & Phelps Securities (now Kroll Securities) where he spent almost a decade managing sell-side M&A transactions primarily for clients in the healthcare services and technology industry. Since 2021, he has been managing a valued focused, highly concentrated, public equity investment fund called Midway Partners Capital Management.

Jordan’s teaching expertise spans all topics related to investment banking and corporate finance, including company valuation, the M&A process, capital allocation, and general capital markets concepts. He brings almost 20 years of financial services experience to the classroom, where he is known for providing students with examples from actual deals to illustrate how complex financial concepts are applied during active deals in the real world.
