Get to know Jordan

Jordan joined Training the Street in 2026. Jordan brings a hands-on approach to teaching that emphasizes real-world examples and practical knowledge from his decade-plus career in financial services. His teaching focus areas include applied Excel, credit analysis, capital markets, M&A and valuation, and real estate.

Outside of the classroom, Jordan serves as President of COARE Communities where he focuses on all aspects of its affordable housing mission.

Prior to joining Training the Street, Jordan held a variety of financial services roles related to investment banking (Vice President at Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, where he covered TMT), public markets investing (hedge fund MAK Capital) and special situations investing (The Carlyle Group). He started his career with Moelis & Company in the firm’s Los Angeles office. During his time as an advisor, Jordan supported transactions exceeding $10 billion in total enterprise value.

Jordan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 after completing the Jerome Fisher Dual-Degree Program in Management and Technology, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
