Parul began her career conducting credit research on high-grade TMT companies at J.P. Morgan. She then joined J.P. Morgan’s Structured Finance Group, where she analyzed the ABS and CDO markets.

Her interest in equities led her to Citi, where she joined the trading desk as an Equity Specialist focused on the Technology sector. As part of this role, she analyzed equity research reports, financial statements, news flow, and supply chain ramifications to generate actionable stock ideas for buyside clients. After several years at Citi, Parul joined Macquarie Capital where she combined her passion for technology stocks and Asian companies to become a Japanese Equity Salesperson.

Parul first began working with Training The Street in 2011, bringing more than seven years of experience from the banking and financial markets industry. She later took on senior leadership responsibilities, serving as CEO – Americas until 2025, where she guided client‑focused initiatives and supported the delivery of high‑quality training across the region.

She now works with Training The Street as a senior instructor, bringing several decades of teaching experience, informed by a deep background in the industry. She delivers a dynamic and highly interactive style of instruction, with a strong emphasis on participant engagement and discussion, and is comfortable with most technical topics including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Excel, PowerPoint, Valuation, Global Markets, Accounting, M&A, and LBO.

She is a CFA Charterholder, and Series 7 and Series 63 certified. She is also a certified yoga instructor and has been involved in adult education in New York for English/Math GED tutoring.
