Paul has lived in Dubai since 2012 and works not only in the Middle East and Africa, but also throughout Europe. He has over 30 years experience of consulting and coaching in leadership, sales and communication across all business sectors.

He teaches many professional skills, such as presentations, influencing skills, negotiation skills, conflict management and leading change. He also has a strong track record of workshop facilitation, guiding effective decision making. His unique blend of hands-on experience working in finance, consulting, mining, logistics and transportation combined with a straightforward teaching approach, allows him to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.

Paul runs many business simulations in business acumen, decision making, strategy and sustainability.
