Radhika joined TTS in 2022 and is based out of India. Prior to training, Radhika spent 5+ years in the Financial services sector.

Radhika commenced her career at an American finance company, MSCI, where she worked with index production and ESG research within the Global Industry Classification Standard framework & Segment reporting. Her tenure also involved working with the Risk Analytics team to deliver tailored solutions to clients utilizing the Riskmetrics application. Transitioning into Private Equity, Radhika served as an Investment Accounting professional, specializing in Capital Events and NAV Calculations. She later joined a venture capital firm, Bessemer Venture Partners, where she assumed the role of Senior GP Analyst, focusing on general partner transactions and reporting.

Before venturing into finance, Radhika spent 3 years in Auditing, Accounting and Taxation of various Banks, Public & Private companies and Trusts based in India.
