Get to know Rubin

Rubin joined TTS as an instructor to leverage his experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Rubin began his finance career in the FP&A group at Trinity Industries, supporting the company’s investment considerations and earnings guidance. He then transitioned to investment banking, joining BCMS Advisors (NKA Northern Edge Advisors) where he focused on sell-side M&A. Most recently, Rubin served as an associate at Sandfox Advisors. At Sandfox Advisors, he worked on divestitures, general M&A, and capital raises for tech-enabled companies.
