Aron joined TTS after working at Falfurrias Capital Partners, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, where he worked closely with TTS as a portfolio company. Aron started his career in Beijing after graduating from Tsinghua University, working at an education consultancy. He then joined the Central European offices of McKinsey, advising clients primarily in banking and the public sector. Aron is a published author in medieval history and occasionally provides business commentary on Turkish television.
