Before transitioning into learning and development, he worked as an analyst with exposure to financial reporting, valuation, M&A, divestitures, and project finance. He contributes to professional institutes such as the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and CFA (UK) through curriculum design and membership mentoring. Justin also delivers training internationally, including in the UK, US, Middle East, and South Africa.
