Matt has worked in financial services L&D since 2005. In Commercial Director roles, he has worked with Clients from California to Australia, on Talent programs from pre-intern to senior leadership. As Instructor he has delivered programs covering  Financial Markets, Quants, Data Science, Professional Skills, Leadership Skills, and Commercial Skills. He also has experience in product development and company leadership. Before his Talent Development career, Matt was a corporate banker at Barclays, and an investment banker at Societe Generale and Nomura, focusing on Equity Capital Markets and derivatives structuring.
