Eric is a real estate private equity professional and financial modeling specialist who has worked in the industry since 2001 and has been training finance professionals since 2016. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $26 billion of real estate transactions, bringing deep, practical insight into the full investment lifecycle. He has experience across both advisory and principal investing environments, including working within a global real estate investment firm where he focused on acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting, as well as advising clients at PwC.

Eric delivers training across financial modeling, real estate underwriting, applied Excel, corporate valuation, and private equity concepts including deal structuring, investment analysis, and investor reporting.
