Stephen is an experienced finance trainer, specialising in developing and delivering interactive, simulation-based training across a range of Investment Banking careers and Alternative Asset Classes. Having trained as a teacher, he focuses on pedagogical best practice, incorporating a wide range of interactive teaching methods. Stephen has trained thousands of students and graduates, and has scaled a successful finance podcast, targeted at young people trying to break into the industry. He enjoys bringing textbook theory to practice through case study and contemporary news.

Stephen has experience teaching across a wide range of disciplines including financial statement analysis, three statement modelling, valuation, financial modelling, corporate strategy, M&A, Initial Public Offerings and Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Credit and Financial Technology (including applications of AI in financial analysis) along with softer skills including storytelling, negotiations, stock pitching and pitch deck creation.
