Prior to joining AMT, Demi worked as an Account Manager for a training company based in London, specialising in international clients.

Demi joined the AMT Team in 2022. As a Business Development Executive for Europe, she focuses on onboarding new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients by helping them find the best training courses for their current needs. Demi is also responsible for helping firms plan their training requirements in the future based on their roadmaps and forecasts.

Demi also has a background in Psychology and working with children and adults with Mental Health and special needs.
