Get to know Kayla
Kayla is responsible for organizing and coordinating hundreds of training days delivered by Marquee each year. She is accountable for managing the end-to-end training management process which includes everything from the initial client scoping discussion to the final course wrap-up. Additionally, Kayla is responsible for implementing new operational processes to ensure a seamless experience for clients and participants.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Kayla worked for the Make-A-Wish Quebec Foundation for six years. As Wish Coordinator, she organized life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
A native of Montreal, Kayla is fluent in both English and French. Kayla completed her Diploma of College Studies at Dawson College where she studied Community Recreation & Leadership Training.
