Sophie Banwell is our Chief Human Resources & People Officer at Training The Street (TTS), where she leads people operations and HR strategy, spanning benefits, compensation frameworks, organisational design, talent strategy, and employee engagement.

Sophie most recently served as Global Head of HR Operations at FGS Global. Prior to that, she spent over six years at GLG, most recently as Senior Director, Global HR Operations, where she was responsible for the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle across more than 20 offices in 15 countries.

Sophie has nearly two decades of HR experience, with full generalist expertise across APAC, Europe, and the US, alongside deep experience in benefits, compensation, analytics, HR systems, talent management, and leadership development.
