Johnny is an investment banking veteran with over 15 years of experience. He worked with certain worldwide and regional financial institutions including BNP Paribas, HSBC and RHB, where he represented and advised multinationals on cross-border M&A transactions and originated IPO or other financing opportunities for Chinese corporates in capital markets.
He was the Head of China M&A for Walmart, responsible for Walmart’s corporate development, acquisition and business integration initiatives in China. His exposure as an instructor started in Canada where he conducted lectures and group tutorials for Economics and Statistics undergraduate programs in McGill University. He is highly renowned for his practical approach with the inclusion of real-life cases and experience in his training sessions.
