After receiving her Master’s degree from Institute of Finance and International Management, India. Astha moved into the field of Training and Development wherein She gained knowledge about the different LMS Platforms, Training Methodologies and approaches in multiple industries like Pharmaceutical, CRO and Consulting Sectors in India and Poland.

Astha joined the TTS London office in April, 2023 as a LMS administrator, her focus is on handling the day-to-day functions of the platform including content creation and supporting our clients, instructors, and daily users of the system.

Outside of TTS, Astha has a passion for travelling and exploring different cultures, their food and lifestyles. This helped her to learn and adjust in her move from India to Poland and then to United Kingdom.
