Gabriel joined Training The Street as an Associate Instructor in 2023. Gabriel also heads the Debt and Fiscal Governance Program at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA). Prior to joining TTS Gabriel was a senior sovereign risk analyst at Moody’s Investors Service.
