Jamie is based in Alberta, Canada and helps drive specialized product commercialization & development (including oil & gas, financial communications & other industry-specific applications), in addition to being a Western Canada-based instructor. Jamie spent approximately 12 years in investment banking with firms including Merrill Lynch, TD, UBS & Wells Fargo with a specialized focus on Energy & Infrastructure M&A, debt & equity transactions. In addition, he has consulted to publicly-traded & private equity-backed energy companies in the areas of financial communications, financial modeling & analysis.
